Our story begins long before the business was created. Water safety has been a defining part of our lives for over a decade. My wife is a swim instructor who has spent years teaching children essential survival skills in the water and helping families feel confident around their pools. Her work instilled in us a deep respect for safety, consistency, and clear communication. In parallel, my own career has been rooted in corporate banking, specializing in regulatory risk management. Years of ensuring compliance, accuracy, and accountability shaped my approach to operations and highlighted how crucial transparency is when people rely on you to protect what matters most.

It was through both our water-safety experience and our personal frustrations with unreliable pool service providers that we recognized a serious problem: a lack of transparency, consistency, and accountability across the industry.
